At KITCHENMAN TRADING SDN BHD, all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, this does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, or not provided as agreed, we will ensure it is put right through repair, replacement, or refund.

To request a resolution, please contact us at info@abc.com within [X hours/days] of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please note that used or perishable items may not be refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, items cannot be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding!
